The Dads are back together for another quick episode. As usual life's been busy lately and we haven't had a ton of time to rip some longer pods, but they coming!

What up striders! Had to get a pod in after we had our race. This was Niles' first Ultra (50k) and Caleb's first 50 miler. Hope y'all are still striding! 

Thanks to everyone who has come along for the ride. The Dad Strides spirit still lives strong, but for now its time to bless and end the pod. We love you all keep getting those miles.
