Chad Busick is the Owner of Championship Mindset and works with both corporate and athletic teams.

Chad is a Master Facilitator with Advance Sports Technology, working with college teams at the DI, DII, DIII, and NAIA levels as well as high school and competitive teams across various sports. In addition, he is a Certified Trainer for the Power of Positive Leadership Training with the Jon Gordon Companies.

Chad is also the host of The Championship Mindset Podcast as well as the author of his new book, The Rock Tumbler. He lives in North County San Diego with his wife Jennifer of 25 years. Together they have two daughters, Shayne and Morgan.

Adam Farrell is a divorced dad who has been blessed with two great kids. Adam has owned and operated Pinnacle Performance and Fitness for over 15 years and has been in the performance and fitness coaching space for over 20+ years.

After his divorce in 2019, Adam knew he wanted to help other divorced Dads through the process as he had several good friends help him through his divorce. In October of 2019 he began the Resilient Dads Facebook group for divorced Dads who wanted a positive and predictable place to share and learn from other divorced Dads. He says it is a small group of just over 200 Dads and is a very active group. The group runs monthly challenges like "No Dishes December", "The No Snooze Challenge", "Minutes of Meditation Challenge" and others.

Adam is using his passion and skill that he has learned coaching athletes and fitness clients, to serve divorced Dads who are going through one of the toughest times in their lives.

For the last sixteen years, Chris Meyer has been a funeral homeowner. In addition to learning many things about love, loss, and life, his entrepreneurial spirit drove him to create two websites from the ground up: first magillaloans.com and, more recently, funandmoving.com, a streaming exercise and rehab platform for those over sixty years of age.

Chris has a Juris Doctorate and Master’s in Environmental Law (Magna Cum Laude) from Vermont Law School and a BA in Politics and History from Brandeis University. He has been a licensed New York State attorney for over twenty-eight years.

Prior to his funeral life, he wrote, directed, and produced a low budget film called "Black is White". The feature length, race relations drama was written up in Variety as the film to watch from the Independent Feature Film Market in New York City. It was one of twelve international films chosen for the Rome Film Festival.

When the film was not chosen for the Sundance Film Festival, Chris loaded up his car and moved to Hollywood to become a screenwriter. He made a living as a production assistant working for Herb Ritts, the premier fashion photographer of his time and on various studio lots.

Chris has been married for over twenty years and enjoys coaching his sons in various sports. He is also a member of the Kiwanis Club and Chamber of Commerce in his community.
