My family and I lost a loved one as well that NYPD murdered on February 10, 1990. RIP Cousin "Cat". 

Please take a listen as I read the story verbatim on "The New York City Time" page that shared my cousin's story for the first time. I was 19th years old and remember that day very well. 

BLACK PEOPLE ARE TIRED!!!

It's so unfortunate that the suicide rate since 2020 has tripled. In this dangerous climate we in today- money, fame, fortune, zip code and material things means nothing and can never ever remedy the childhood trauma's we deal with in our adulthood. It's become a losing battle to fight. It seems like self infliction that can lead to death is the remedy to all our problems. 

In this episode, I continue to discuss mental health and the suicides that's been taking place drastically.

There're hundreds of organizations and hotlines that are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week waiting to HELP YOU.

How can we make a difference? Showing emotion as a black man isn't a sign of weakness or being a coward. It's called being human.
