Shandel Harris(30) was viciously k***** by her husband Carl Monty Watts Jr at a North Miami Beach Jewish Community Center. This tragic incident happen April 4th, 2022 when Shandel was taking her daughter to swimming lessons. He tried to bribe her when that went south so did his patience. He was apprehended right after and now spending life in prison. He has a history of domestic violence, & is also been alleged to kill his ex-girlfriend who was never found. 😭😭
