We have one mouth, and two ears, and yet to hear and listen are two different things.  Listening requires more heart and brain power than ears can provide!

Not too many things get your heart pounding as hard as running.  Get out there and see what you are capable of!!

Taking risks is part of life.  So is taking responsibility for our actions. Don't be afraid of living out loud!!

It is a great character trait to want to do more than we have to, because we want to.  It surprises the recipient, and makes you fell better in the process.  Feel good today!! Do the unexpected!

Too often we hear stories or rumors that really are missing the facts.  Educate yourself to get a better understanding of whats going on around you!

Covid-19 is no joke, but neither are the other things that kill us.  Lets get regional with our restrictions, and not let the legal fears that dictate so much of our policy decisions make our leaders make it worse than it has to be.

Victims of crime, especially violent crime are forgotten in out criminal justice system too often.  This week is to recognize the rights of victims.
