It's been a few weeks but I'm checking in on the community and sharing a quick update about Yes! To Wellness. I've been holding myself accountable to following through with a much needed break and so far, so good.

At the same time, I felt a strong need to place emphasis on our well-being: Spiritually, Mentally, Emotionally, Financially, and Physically. All of these pieces comprise the whole of who we are and when any area is out of alignment, we won't be at our best. Yes! To Wellness will focus on each area with the goal of helping us to spark conversation around developing healthy and sustainable habits that will help us to prioritize each area consistently.
