Do not take advantage of the needy to enrich yourself. Instead, mirror God’s love and concern for you to others. Help those in need around you. Lead by what you do, as well as what you say, Nehemiah, 5:1-19, Apr 30

Fear should not stop you doing what God has called you to do. Spend time in in-depth prayer to activate emergency prayer. When asking for help, ask the right people. Prepare for opposition. In new circumstances, arrive quietly, observe, consider, check information for realism, then present strategy and plans with confidence. Teamwork accomplished God’s goals, Nehemiah, 2:1-20, Apr 29

Your spiritual life should be a higher priority than anything else. Preparation is key to any project but God cares more about your attitude than what you accomplish. Contrasting emotions like joy and sorrow are the mark of the Holy Spirit, Ezra, 3:7-13, Apr 28
