Context is super helpful here. Make sure and take some time to read chapter 12. What we are highlighting here is what was done with the emotions felt in this verse. David felt something and then did nothing with it. This is the direction a lot of us go when we face hard situations. But God offers a healthier way to deal with our emotions. 

These 2-4 minute scripture dives will be a great addition to your daily time with Jesus. Use it as  a launching pad for your quiet time or a great boost of encouragement for whatever time of day you need it. Here's your reminder, I am not a Bible pro, I'm just a fellow Jesus follower who is sharing what the Lord is putting on my heart. I pray that each scripture dive helps bring you that little something you need to help you draw closer to the Lord and gain more confidence in Him.
