I have finally recognized forgiveness for guilt that I had been holding on to for a very long time. In this episode I tell you about the experience that led me to realize that I have been forgiven and can now heal.

However, living in a world where you are constantly struggling with wanting to be accepted hinders us from actually being ourselves. Without authenticity, it's difficult to know your aspirations, what you really want to happen in your life. Learn to be yourself, be comfortable with who you are, and go after your aspirations.
