Don’t be so harsh on yourself. We all have different unique problems. We all make mistakes. I try to focus on the now and how i can be better than who i was one second ago.

Many times in life, I’ve felt as if i need to bring more and more people into my life to be socially “cool” or satisfied. When in reality, that number of people should’ve always been set up to my own standards.

I tend to get anxiety type problems more often than I would like during my everyday life. Our brains are designed to wander and take us to those dark places sometimes. That’s why i go through what helped me overcome and forget those anxieties this past week.

It’s ok to lose patience and rage. Just acknowledge it.

Gearing up mentally for a tough moment or event or change, mentally preparing for it, won’t make it feel good, but it will make it suck less ;).

Great, valuable inspiration comes from a variety and range of mediums through which you consume this information.

With conscious appreciation for the present moment, you’ll be able to capture more of the beauty in your life right now.

You are the one that decides what is enough and love and how love looks like. There’ll always be someone that’s funnier, better looking, more emotional, more romantic, more interesting, more outgoing, and so on. But you are the one that has the last word and decides when and with who to settle down.

Finding meaning in our day to day activities, not only help us enjoy these activities better, but also make us more effective and productive at them.
