We don’t really understand how blessed we are… until something stops working.
In this episode, we slow all the way down and talk about something simple but deep: being able. Being able to grab something with your thumb. Being able to drive. Being able to think clearly. Being able to get out of bed without negotiating with your body.
It’s easy to chase more — more money, more progress, more momentum — and completely overlook the quiet miracle of basic function. But the moment you tweak a finger, hit burnout, or face a health shift, you realize how much of life rests on what you assumed was guaranteed.
This is a grounded reminder that capacity itself is a blessing. Not thriving. Not optimizing. Just being able.
And sometimes, that’s more than enough.
