In this episode I talk about being mindful of the things that we are saying to others and especially to ourselves due to the fact that there is so much mana in our words and thought. We have the ability to heal, uplift and help others but in the same breath we have the ability to hurt, destroy and wound others. The choice is ours, kākou and I think itʻs common sense to speak love and life into all things with clarity and honesty so that we bring what we are into our experience.  I also share my perspective on the "Law of Attraction," and I decided mid-recording Pō Mahina Kine Tingz, to speak more Hawaiian to practice since I donʻt have anyone to practice with.
