Ever feel anxious about your life?

I totally have. I share a quote from a book I read 1 year ago called Atlas of the Heart by Brene Brown and in summary of the quote she share that anxiety and worry go together but are not the same thing: worry is the thinking part of anxiety.

That really hit home for me and helped me understand what I am experiencing at times.

Your not alone if this is something you find yourself doing often but I share some tips of what I do when this thinking tries to take over my mind!

How did your revelation of Christ come to be?
