Here is a great book that may help you in the process of unpacking your values, Leading from your Gut: How you can succeed by harnessing the power of your values, feelings and intuition by John Townsend.

Today I share my struggles that had me thinking all about this again and give you some questions to ponder so you can start digging in to your own life.

Today I want to share with you guys a framework I learned in a book, NonViolent Communication by Marshall B Rosenberg.

How are you doing with communicating what you need with other people? This has definitely not been my strong point BUT I realize how it's vital to peace and growth in a relationship. Today I share with you guys a fantastic book that is helping me grow in this area and I hope it helps you too.

What does this word mean? You hear it all the time in the Christian community but how the heck does it actually apply to our lives. I got a great definition of a steward from Dave Ramsey's book, "Baby Steps Millionaires". I highly recommend that book if you are looking to get a strong financial foundation under you!
