Lately, I’ve been experimenting with something wild…
Curiosity.
Turns out, it’s not just for cats or toddlers who ask “why?” 400 times a day.
Science says curiosity actually makes us happier and smarter. (UC Davis researchers found that when we’re curious, our brains light up like a disco ball — releasing dopamine and improving memory.)
Personally, it’s made my days more joyful and full. Yesterday, I went down a 20-minute rabbit hole about why pigeons bob their heads when they walk. Do I need that knowledge? Probably not. Did it make me laugh, learn, and forget about emails for a moment? Absolutely.
So here’s your friendly reminder:
Stay curious. Ask weird questions. Wonder more.
Because curiosity doesn’t just make you interesting — it makes you alive.
