Tonight, expect partly cloudy skies, with lows in the mid 20s. In top news: Illinois reported 12,542 new cases, the most since November 20th. The increase comes after Thanksgiving-related lows of infections and testing. 125 more people died from the disease, bringing the death toll to 12,403.
