It’s Thursday, September 5th. I’m Wes Lacy, and here are the top stories from the Daily Herald. According to the National Weather Service, a storm that blew through northern Lake County Tuesday evening included a tornado. The weather service rated the tornado as a weak EF1, with an estimated peak wind of 90 mph. Meanwhile, today will be mostly sunny with a high around 75 degrees. Winds will be from the southeast at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
