Great things never come from comfort zones.

Growth comes from doing those things or those activities that take us out of our comfort zone. There is a lot going on in the world today and a lot of what is going on is out of many peoples comfort zones. Change comes from getting out of your comfort zone. When you get out of your comfort zone and the more often you do it that uncomfortable zone doesn’t stay uncomfortable.

I have known people throughout my life where they are always trying to find themselves. They have been doing that for over 10 years. It’s great to find those things that really make you tick but to find what you are good at and what makes you happy can typically be done pretty quickly. Ever hear the old saying that God never shuts the door without leaving a window open. Sometimes life gives us some pretty hard blows. Blows that you don’t ever expect. Blows that knocks us over and just sometimes devastates us. I’ve had this happen in life. Divorce, loss of a parent, loss of a job, loss of opportunities, maybe it’s something that you have your heart set on and it doesn’t work out.
