We can’t just complain to God! We have to have a balance! We need to thank him and be grateful for the other things that are happening in our lives! We can’t whine to God! We can complain and praise God! God does good things but sometimes bad things happen so we can complain but we can’t only complain! We can’t whine! We need to show praise and thanksgiving!

We need to be honest with God no matter what! God wants to hear our heart! God wants to know everything that’s going on! God doesn’t only want praise and thankfulness! He wants to hear your frustration, confusion, disappointment, hurt and loneliness! He wants your prayers to be filled with honesty! He wants you to pray honestly!

I talk about perspectives! How we are supposed live life through God’s perspective! That are all a lot of perspectives out there! We can learn from those perspectives! Perspectives can also tie into mental health! If you change your perspectives and mindset then a lot can change with your mental health

God’s always in control no matter how serious or how bad the situation is! Give your attention to God and he can help guide you in the right direction! Trust in God and he will give you what you need when you need!

Spending our time better! Instead of spending time on social media that I should be praying, instead of watching a show I should be worshiping, instead of watching a movie I should be reading a devotional, a book, the Bible, spending time with God somehow! We shouldn’t fill the void in our heart with things that can’t fill the void! That void only God can fill! That void takes time to fill! Don’t fill that void with anyone or something other than God! We need to show Jesus in our daily lives not just in the church but everywhere! We can volunteer! We can start a Bible study at school! You can help a neighbor! You can be more involved! You can speak up for your religion! There is so much you can do!

All about living and living for Christ! Which path to take! Which hill to climb!

No matter what you’re not alone! God is always with you! You can find a Christian friend! You can get through it and find your group of people! God is always with you and you’ll never be alone!

To be able to live like Jesus and show others him we need to read the Bible and know the teachings and stories in the Bible to know how we should live and things we should to show others Christ, I myself need to work on reading the Bible everyday so it’s something we could work on together! Journeys we all are on a journey or journeys! We are different journeys but that’s okay because journeys are a part of life! They help us grow and having a relationship with Jesus Christ is a journey on its own, then a journey with mental health is a journey, there are some many journeys out there that you could be on, but all that matters is that we are a group and accept each other no matter what!
