When you hear the word loneliness, what are the thoughts, emotions and feelings that come to mind? 

Have you ever had a moment or phase of life where you desperately needed a lift from God?

Has God's love changed you? If so, how do you talk about that? What do you do with that?

What does it mean to be callused to someone or something?

When I say the word "gratitude" what do you think about? What does it actually mean?

Maybe today it's time to take a step back and check our hearts, and see if we are truly aligned with God. 

Do you know someone who is just incredibly kind? Think about how positive it is to interact with them. Are you that person?

Everyday we chose what gets put on the throne of our hearts. What will it be?

What is in your life that's only there because you've allowed it to be?
