In one of the tightest episodes yet of the Daily Motor Podcast, Chris and Charlie start by talking about the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and end talking about a Ford Festiva. Something...something didn't go right. But we also fit in a lengthy segment on why you should all consider buying a Volvo after breaking two tires on our Volvo S90 press loaner. And the Mercedes-Benz S500 is still one of Charlie's favorite cars, even if he'd rather have the previous gen. Or a 2008 Audi A8.
In a much less boring episode of the DM Podcast, Chris and Charlie recap their trip around the state of Michigan in a Lexus LC 500, BMW M4, Jaguar F-Type R, and Mini JCW—all convertibles. Despite merits from all the cars, the LC 500 was still the one they'd take home. Hypothesis confirmed. No Copart segment today, but if you have any questions, send them in and we'll answer them next week!
In the most boring episode of The Daily Motor Podcast yet, Charlie and Chris manage to spend half an hour talking about their beater shitboxes and have to squeeze the awesome new cars they drove into the second half. Cars such as the Volvo XC60 T8 Polestar Engineered Extended Range, Toyota Sequoia, and Honda Civic hatch manual. Oh, and Charlie learns about Buc-ee's.
What a week! Chris and Charlie have so many cool cars here at DM HQ, and we drove even more cool cars at the Midwest Automotive Media Association Spring Rally in Elkhart Lake, WI! We got track time in the Cadillac CT5 V Blackwing and Hyundai Veloster N as well as plenty of drive time in the Infiniti QX60. We do have a Miata, but it hasn't gotten much love among the other sporty cars. Sad. Next week we have a Volvo XC60 T8. Oooooooo. Enjoy!
The Daily Motor Podcast returns with many cars to discuss! Outside of our normal review weeks with the Ford Mustang Mach E GT, Volvo XC40, BMW M4 xDrive, Mazda MX-5 Miata, and Infiniti QX60, we also detail the cars being featured in the first ever DM Rally! (Hopefully) Five cars, five drivers, and one goal to find the best convertible GT road trip car. Minimal Copart activity today because we've been too busy and too broke to look for beater cars.
After a week away, Chris and Charlie are back at it again, and they've got a lot to catch up on! Between a bunch of cars, sickness, and injuries, these two will be lucky if they make it to 2023. This episode, we recapped our time with the Lincoln Navigator, Jeep Compass, BMW i4, Lexus GX 460, Kia EV6, and Hyundai Veloster N. This week is more calm with a BMW M4 Competition xDrive and a Volvo XC40 T5. Oh, and Charlie is making progress on his Copart Escape hybrid. Enjoy!
Charlie is out of town this week, and rather than make Chris talk at you for an hour straight, we decided to pull from the archives! This is the second episode Charlie ever recorded for the Daily Motor Podcast. He has Max as his co-host, and Max had just submitted his order for a brand-new Ram 1500 TRX! Enjoy some good ol' car talk, and we'll be back next week with your regular programming.
We've got a whole lot to cover in this week's episode! The Mazda 3 Hatch Turbo, Land Rover Defender 90 V-8, and the new Kia Sportage were all under our butts last week. This week, we get time in the facelifted Lincoln Navigator and Jeep Compass, the not-facelifted Lexus GX 460, and the face-huge BMW i4 M50i. And we are wearing masks, because Chris thinks it helps his jawline.
A special Sunday-night edition of the Daily Motor Podcast! So special that Chris and Charlie cracked a few cold ones during the recording. Cold La Croixs, that is. But don't worry, they still had enough discipline to talk about their time with the BMW X3 M40i and the Acura RDX. But boy are they ready for a break of compact luxury crossovers. Luckily, this week brings the Mazda 3 Turbo hatchback, the Land Rover Defender V-8, and a special trip to Palm Springs to drive the all-new Kia Sportage. Enjoy!
What an eventful week here at Daily Motor! On top of evaluating the Kia Forte GT and Lexus NX 350h, we also drove a Tesla Model X and purchased a 2008 Ford Escape hybrid! The Kia and Lexus were great; the Tesla, not so much. This week we're driving a BMW X3 M40i and an Acura RDX. Stay tuned to find out if we turn into BMW douchebags.

The Daily Motor crew talks to you about the cars we've had, the cars we're getting, and then rants about something trivial.
