One of my favorite, empowering ideas of the moment is that of being the author of your own story. How things that we see as impossible, other people see as their regular life. How things that we take for granted, other people see as impossible, a high feat of achievement. What scripts are you reading that aren't your own?

I make all kinds of mental errors which cause me to be subject to my moods ("someone doesn't like me, therefore I'm unlikeable", or, "if I don't create something valuable, I'm not valuable as a person", or, "if this isn't an amazing song/blog post/video then I'm no good", and on and on).
