We're starting a multi-week journey through the Gospel according to St. John today. I'm using, among other resources, L. William Countryman's book, The Mystical Way in the Fourth Gospel (Morehourse, 1994). Today's text is the "Come and See" story: John 1:35-42.
The chant tone I'm using come from the Plainsong Psalter, although I modify the language of the Psalms occasionally using the Inclusive Language Psalter and other resources. You can download a .pdf of the Psalter if you want to chant it along with me - that's one of the best ways to learn.
The mew you hear in the background is Mungo. Find out more about me at www.nathanlerud.com
