Homeschooling a 12-year-old and a 5-year-old means our days don’t always look neat, quiet, or perfectly planned—and that’s okay. ❤️
In Episode 3 of Daily Provisions, I’m sharing what homeschooling two very different ages looks like in our family of eight, while also juggling Christian school schedules, a little one, homemaking, and everyday life.
We’ll talk about meeting our children where they are, letting go of comparison, teaching more than academics, and remembering that a difficult homeschool day doesn’t mean we’re failing.
Most of all, I’m learning to choose faithfulness over perfection and trust God for the patience, wisdom, strength, and grace needed for each day.
And a little warning: allergies have my voice sounding a bit under the weather in this episode, and you may hear some little-one noises in the background. That’s life in a full house! 😊
One lesson at a time. One child at a time. One day at a time. ❤️
