How great is your faith? Our woman in the Gospel for today never took Jesus out of her sight. Her faith saved her daughter.

Do not be afraid to ask the Lord to call your name to come to him. Take a bold step out of the boat and move toward Christ.

Jesus is filled with compassion and performs a great miracle. He also calls us to give and never make excuses.

Being rich is not the issue but greed is. Greed blocks us from truly giving of ourselves and loving God and one another.

Do we tell others what they want to hear, in order not to rock the boat or do we like John the Baptist speak the truth and give others the opportunity to think about their actions?

Evangelize, help others bring Jesus into the home. Listen to Jesus with all your heart. Have faith and believe in the Resurrection.

The fish folk know the good fish from the bad. What is good they throw into buckets and what is bad they toss out. It is our prayer that each of us is counted among the righteous and to make a choice for God.

Today Jesus describes the kingdom of heaven. A kingdom so precious, so awesome and so good.

Strive to follow Jesus. He is not simply an option. He is the way. Be wheat not weeds!

You are called to greatness. Not the kind of greatness that is superior to others but a greatness that humbles oneself, gives to others and serves.
