Step into the light!

St. Catherine famously said, “Be who God meant you to be,” “and you will set the world on fire.”

"Amen, amen, I say to you,
unless one is born from above, he cannot see the Kingdom of God."

Jesus' first words are, “Peace be with you.” Not anger. Not blame. Peace.

We’ve heard the message of Easter, we know Christ is risen, and still we can be slow to trust, slow to believe, and hesitant to act on that faith.

When we don’t know what comes next, we seek comfort in routine.

The Risen Jesus still comes to us in our confusion, our fear, our doubt.

Christ walks with you, even if you do not yet recognize Him. Invite Him to stay. Listen to His Word. Come to the table of the Eucharist. Let your heart burn again.

The tomb is empty. Jesus is alive. And He is calling each of us by name.

Let’s not be silent about the Resurrection. Let’s not let the world’s distractions or discouragements bury the truth that Christ is alive.
