  • #56 - What is the Gospel? (Condensed)
Please share this with your loved ones and friends! If you have just repented and believed the Gospel, first of all, praise God! The Bible tells us that if this has truly just occurred, it is ultimately God's work in you to transform your heart, desires, and life eternally! Coming to Christ is only the first step on your journey as a Christian. Jesus said, "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me." (Matthew 16:24) Taking up your cross and denying yourself are lifelong practices. It's not going to be easy, but He promises that He is with you always, and has given you His Holy Spirit to guide you, teach you, and sanctify you.
Here are some important NEXT STEPS: (1) Find a local Church that teaches from the Bible and glorifies God (2)Request to be baptized as a symbol of your new life in Christ (3) Get and read a copy of the Bible, we suggest starting in the book of John which explains Jesus' saving work, His mission, and who He is. In fact, if you're a new believer, just message us and WE'LL SEND YOU A FREE BIBLE at your request!
We'd also just love to hear from you so that we can rejoice with you and pray for you! You can email us at [email protected] or you can DM us on Instagram @dailyreformationpodcast
