In this episode Pastor Jay Lee interviews Dr. Jonathan Lee about what depression is, the actual methods of treatment and their expected rates of effectiveness, as well as very practical advice on ways Christians can be the most helpful to loved ones experiencing depression or suicidal thoughts and ideation. Jon Lee is a Chinese-Canadian youth psychiatrist who is fellowship trained in administering transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) for the treatment of depression and OCD. He completed his training at the University of Toronto and the Temerty Center for Therapeutic Brain Intervention. He is grateful for the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life, and to support them in their journeys to stable recovery.
