Started off thinking what is coaching? An art or a science? But after breaking my glasses, I learned so much more. What do you do when you have practices and games with no glasses and can't see normally? Throw fits or learn something big?

Are you spending a lot of time teaching a skill or a particular way of doing somewhat, but emphasizing something different in a game? Does this confuse your players? Do you emphasize one aspect, but when a player does the exact opposite do you continue to allow them to play and continue to do it? What are emphasizing then? "Good" players don't have to do what I say?

Does travel ball, club ball or AAU ball effect players now? Does it make them conserve energy instead of going all out? Does resetting each weekend make a MS or HS season boring or worthless? Do State Championships matter if you are winning other trophies every weekend? Are coaches better or worse when they don't have to practice as much?
