Remember the days of buying a mug or cup from a convenience store and then getting coffee for .05? In order to access the benefits of the mug, you must have the mug with you to use. Same is true about having Jesus! Join me for just a few minutes!

We know that we are to pray and fast.  But Jesus added one more thing in the mix when He stood with His disciples at the withered fig tree.  Say the the mountain be removed... It's time to start speaking to our mountain!!!

Jesus told the parable of the 10 virgins and how the call will be made, "the Bridegroom cometh...".  It is so interesting at looking at our relationship with Jesus in terms of a Jewish wedding.  Listen as the discussion is made about the selection of the bride, the bride price and much more.  

You wouldn't know it by the history teachers of today, but the honest truth is, America came into existence because a group of people wanted religious freedom.  They founded this country upon that freedom and heavily relied upon God and His Word as the foundation upon which this country was built.  It has been reaffirmed over and over again.  In 1931, Supreme Court Justice George Sutherland reaffirmed that Americans are a "Christian people".  President after President has stated that America is Christian and called upon Almighty God for help.  But America has drifted from her roots.  I wonder what our founding fathers would think of our country now?  Even more so, what does God think of America?  What would God say to America if He were to speak to her?  I believe that the answer to that is already found in the Word of God.  The message is from Proverbs 14:34.  Join us as we hear what God is saying to America.

We all know that the enemy of our soul has worked on the family unit.  In opinion, the greatest member of the family he has worked on is the male figure...the husband, father...DAD!  Statistics prove that when a male is absent from the family, it adversely affects the children and their future.  It's time that men step up and become saved and spirit filled people, using our hands to mold and fashion this next generation.  Listen in as I describe what we should be doing to our hands to prepare us for that awesome privilege.  

2019 is The Year of Opportunity for Sweetwater Church of God.  Just as the Lord spoke to Moses and the Children of Israel in Numbers 33, the Lord is speaking to us to "take the land".  For us, we've been placed in a strategic place for a specific purpose.  It's time to take the land and reach the inhabitants.  Listen in as we discover what the Lord said to do and what we should expect from our enemy.
