Daily Truth

God has only ever saved sinful man in one way: by GRACE alone, through FAITH alone, in CHRIST alone. Adam and Eve knew the promised Messiah as “The Serpent Crusher.” We know him as Jesus Christ.

Evangelicalism in America has officially divided. There is no more middle ground. Those leaders and ministries still trying to straddle the middle are quickly dying out. There are only two options left: Courageous Christianity or Apostasy.

Jesus is not content with the private lordship of your precious little heart. Jesus is Lord of all. When Christians begin to live this way, persecution will come. Perhaps, Christians in America have experienced so little persecution in the past because our religion has been merely “spiritual” and never a threat to the culture.

Jesus said that the world will hate his disciples because it hated him. If we aren’t experiencing any degree of persecution, it might be because we don’t look anything like Jesus.

The will of God belongs to his “essence,” not his “personhood.” In other words, our Triune God has one will, not three.

The God of the Old Testament is not different from the God of the New Testament. God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. The same God who cursed nations in the past is the God who lives today. He is worthy of fear.

The past couple years have been used in God’s providence to reveal the true character of many of our evangelical leaders. As it turns out, godly men are in short supply.

Over the past couple years, many Christians have proved that they care more about their physical health than spiritual health. They value their bodies over their own souls. Here’s what the Bible has to say to these idolatrous individuals.

The Bible presents a clear criteria for what constitutes a true church. If your church doesn’t possess/practice these things, you should be concerned.

Many Christians have been “homeless” for the past couple years. Their cowardly pastors shut the church doors and effectively banished them from the sanctuary. King David had a similar experience, and there is much that we can learn from his exile from Jerusalem.
