One of the greatest keys to being a person who lives on the high road is realizing the new perspectives, purpose, and priorities God has for our lives. Because high road people see differently, they naturally begin to live differently. People on the high road learn to see and walk in God’s purpose and perspective for their lives.

As I mentioned, our purpose for this class is to help people in their journey from member to mentor, from hero to “hero-maker.”We have a vision to start 30 powerful small groups, touching the lives of at least 300 people. We want to specifically prepare hosts, facilitators, and coaches.Studies show that in general, people are 2.5 times more likely to read the Bible, share their faith, have a regular prayer time alone and with their families if they’re in a small group.

High Road Leadership Circles is a journey we will take together as a small group or zoom breakout group. We will grow as servant leaders through discussing content from John Maxwell’s book, “High Road Leadership.”
