Having considered Christ's providence over our sickness and death, we consider the seventh sign of John: Christ as the source of all resurrection and life.

We shall consider another Psalm of the captivity, Psalm 137, considering the purpose of God bringing the professing Christian church in a nation into spiritual captivity, His refining work, and ultimate deliverance of His remnant to spiritual power and blessing.
