Born in 1982 in Mengo Hospital, Kampala, Tonny Miiro Kibuuka is a Ugandan serial entrepreneur, husband and father.   

He studied at Kampala Primary School now Agakhan, Ntare School for Secondary and Makerere University where he did both a Bachelors and Masters’ Degree in Economics.   

For the past 16 years, Tonny has been actively involved in Uganda and Africa’s business space establishing entities such as EDI Promotions Ltd, Uptime Solutions  Ltd and most recently Nonda Commodities LTD.   

Nonda Commodities LTD is operating under the flagship brand of Nonda Coffee.

In our season 1 grand finale, Sandra Kirenga, a creative designer and economist hosts Damali Ssali; the brainchild, host and producer of the Ideation Corner.

Damali Ssali is a Trade Development Expert with over 15 years in senior management. She holds an MBA from France's Grenoble Ecole de Management. She is also a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, an Associate of the Institute of Public Private Partnerships and a member of The Africa List.

In all, Damali is An Afro-Optimist who just loves Ugandan coffee, nature, photography and books.

Dr. Stella Kivila is a Pharmacist with a decade of experience leading teams in the pharmaceutical and corporate spaces.  Stella holds a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from Makerere University. She has also graduated from other programs including Harvard Business Online, Regent University, Cornell University and Strathmore Business School.

But away from that, Stella is the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Business Development at Baobab Circle - a global digital health company that seeks to provide affordable and accessible healthcare solutions to Africa through its flagship product the Afya Pap online app.

Malcolm  Kastiro  is the founder and chief executive officer, Mallan Company Limited.

Mallan is a Financial Technology company that specialises in credit services in the mobile payment space.

It also offers bulk payments mainly for Small and Mid-sized Enterprises so that they can pay their employees, staff or casual labourers.

Recently, Mallan launched Yassako; a product that allows Airtel customers to access Umeme Yaka tokens on credit and pay later.
