The second season of Dáme's Takes premieres as the NBA regular season comes to a close. We preview the NBA play-in tournament and talk a couple of end of season headlines and we gear up for an exciting playoff season. The Season Finale for Dáme's Takes is the first episode that features no sports talk. This is a look to the future as we begin to expand Dáme's Takes into more than sports more frequently. On this episode, we do a bit of catching up before talking about fear and how to combat it in our everyday lives. Lastly, we have our elephant in the room for this week titled, "Let Them Cringe." Episode 43 of Dáme's Takes might sound a different than what you've gotten used to. This episode is all about music as we talk about some of my favorite projects out of the ones dropped in the last few months. WE talk about all the genres ranging from Rap to Electronic. This week also marks the return of the "Beautiful Breakdown" as we go in-depth on the sixth album by Tyler, the Creator titled, "Call Me If You Get Lost." Episode 40 is a milestone and we celebrated that milestone with the second of our newly name Music segment: Dáme's Beautiful Breakdown. I pick a song and go in depth about the lyrics, their meaning, the feelings the song gives me and much more. We move from music and talk about the two stacked cards in the UFC, the latest in NFL Free Agency and who is dancing into the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Men's Tournament. Dáme's Takes comes a little later this week, but don't worry, we make up for the time with our longest episode in 10 weeks! And I left plenty out! The NFL Free Agency opened like floodgates and hundreds of millions were spent but one team in particular stood out. The NBA is in the second half and teams are feeling the effects as many stars are out with injury. March Madness has started and we've already gotten some crazy upsets to bust your bracket and blow your mind. We review two new albums and give you plenty of takes to say.. Sorry 4 The Wait. Episode 38 of Dáme’s Takes comes with a main course of NBA All Star Weekend and all its fun festivities. Save room though because we got plenty of news coming out of the NFL as well with a little bit from the MLB. The star studded UFC 259 lived up to some of their expectations as a new champion was crowned last weekend. A star studded Friday of music releases will be discussed and we end things with a preview of the second half of the NBA season and of course, our elephant in the room segment.
