My mother was 17 and a student when I was born. I had scientific interests and displayed technological proficiency. I worked at McDonalds in high school. Then was employed for an IT start up, banks and finally a hedge fund. I started my business in my garage and warned investors there was a 70% chance the company would fail. Within 3 years it went public and continued to grow.
