The Privacy Commissioner has issued a damning report into the hacking of the Manage My Health app - private information of almost 100-thousand New Zealanders was stolen in the breach in December last year. The Commissioner highlighed significant failures by Health New Zealand and Manage My Health, issuing both with compliance notices .. and recommending law changes to strengthen accountability.
