Award-winning comedian Guy Montgomery has been making waves across the Tasman with the Aussie iteration of his hit show Guy Mont-Spelling Bee, which he will be touring live across the ditch - and then in London - later this year. Guy, who will also be hosting the Last Laughs Awards Gala next month as part of the NZ International Comedy Festival, joins Jim for a chat about his latest projects, becoming a dad, and he chooses the Best Song Eva.

Professor Russell Foster is an international expert on sleep. He is the director of the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute at the University of Oxford and author of the best- selling book Life Time: The New Science of the Body Clock, and How It Can Revolutionize Your Sleep and Health. Russell is in New Zealand to work on a range of research projects with Auckland University, including one on youth mental health and sleep. He's taken time out to join Jim in the Auckland studio to answer your sleep-related questions.
