Dan Rice (Eggers) (he/they) is a performer, writer, and activist currently studying Music Theatre at Baldwin Wallace University. Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, he is a Trans Youth Ambassador for the Alabama Chapter of the Human Rights Campaign.

Dan founded TransEq an organization that provides workshops for professionals on transgender identity, history, equity, and dysphoria. It is a holistic program that can be used for general knowledge and protocol and will initially release specific workshops tailored for educators, the performing arts, and the medical industry.
