Understanding yourself inside and out is vital to accepting the power we have been given.  Learning to find understanding for yourself is going to be one of the most powerful things you can do to help yourself and in turn the world.

Learning to be yourself

I want you to take a look at who you are as a person... Who you are trying to be and who you think the external world wants you to be. The only thing that will serve you is to be yourself, here and now.  It’s only with full transparency that we can truly be the person we’re meant to be.

Dealing With Others

Your ability to deal with other people is going to be an indicator of how you're able to deal with yourself.  It’s the ability that to see this that separates people who allow external factors to always control and dictate their emotions from those that remember their reaction is always in their control.

Undoing What Is Already Done

In this episode, we talk about undoing the things that have already been done, getting back to the process, and realizing what will help you clear your mind to move forward.

What makes you tick? What emotion Centers you? My personal emotion that centers me, is the ability to be in a position where I can watch others succeed...
