With our annual Shinedown Dance event - Denim & Diamonds around the corner, one of our staff members, Fran, wanted to do a giveaway for a weekend pass. One of the rules was you had to say how you started dancing and why.. forgive me I am emotional on this one...

I started doing this because dance is what saved me... not to be the top dog, not to be the best in the business, but to give people a place to let loose regardless of their following, what they identify as, skill level or any of that. That's what matters to me most. 

Misschif's motto is to be a decent effing human, so why wouldn't my events be the same? Enjoy hearing an emotional one.
