It's time for some shifting it up over here. Or should we say, change the rhythm of the dance? Dance to Remembrance Podcast is shifting to a bi-weekly program and we're mixing up the program to bring you a collection of inspiring episodes. We will continue our beautiful intimate "bathtub" chats with Ash and Stef, we'll be bringing some of our DTR Soul Community members on to share their journeys, and we'll be sprinkling in some healing transmissions to support you in connecting with yourself.

In this solo episode, Ashli shares a little bit more about her self-discovery journey and her many "mini" ego deaths, the process of letting go and surrendering into her experience all before realizing she was on a journey of self love and acceptance.  Your journey is uniquely yours, and should not be compared to others or rushed through; there is no time frame or list to check off to complete your journey. Have you jumped into the shadow ring with someone close to you, only to realize that it's difficult to come to a conscious resolution while in the ring? This can look like attempting to prove your point or trying to get them to see your point of view, among other things. Ash and Stef chat about shadow boxing and how important it is to not lower your frequency and engage with others when they are in a triggered space. We know it's not easy, it's very natural so we share personal experiences and tips on how to be aware when you are in the shadow boxing ring and how you can avoid stepping in. In this solo episode, Stefanie chats about being aware and learning from disagreements/arguments in your relationships. Stefanie believes that the relationships in our life are powerful teachers for ourselves. Have you ever been in a disagreement with someone and realize that once you take pride and ego out of it, the other person unknowingly was teaching you a valuable lesson about yourself? Stefanie shares a couple examples of situations in her own life where she was able to pause and reflect on how emotionally driven discussions can really teach you powerful things about yourself.
