We’re getting into Sagittarius season this week, and we’ve got a bangin’ new moon to co-create with. With all of the fiery energy, I go into “going where the heat is”, a line that one of my favorite people - Martha Beck - really went into in her podcast episode, Cooperating with Your Destiny. The heat is how the universe moves us toward our dreams and desires.

We’ve made it to the end of eclipse season (this week), and with this 1 month period of the universe being dialed way up, I wanted to discuss the concept of:

The universe brings healing and balance.

How does that apply in both the easy and not so easy ways? WTF does balance mean? How do we shift or recalibrate - or elevate and expand! - our sense of balance with the universe? Why is eclipse season a tidal wave of healing and balance? How are we tuned in all the time to the energy of healing and balance and how can we do our due diligence with the universe? 

Most importantly - what is your current state of balance? (Take a look at your current reality!) How would you like to shift your balance and be an active co-creator with the universe? 

I’ve got three questions this week - three perspective changing, expanding and mood shifting questions - that can be used to recalibrate your balance with the universe. 

• What if everything is here to serve me? 
• What is the most ideal way that this could go? 
• What if I could have everything I wanted? 

I go into each question, what makes them so powerful and why they are such integral parts of my personal practice as well as my work with clients. These three questions will be so helpful to flow with the support that the universe sends this week. With contacts to Neptune, Jupiter and Venus + Mercury shifting into Sagittarius, it’s a week to integrate what you’ve learned over eclipse season by taking leaps of faith and expanding into your dreams. It’s another big week in the sky! This week we have the Taurus lunar eclipse and lots of cosmic opportunities to co-create with the universe. The lunar eclipse connects us back to late April/mid May, what’s been going on for you since then? We’re connecting to Taurus themes of stability, peace, pleasure and slowing down. What’s grown or developed in your life? What’s stabilized? What path of desire do you wish to choose? Feeling good is your compass, what commitment would feel gooooooood? 

It’s a big moment for realizations, awareness and commitments. Eclipse magic reveals, trust that you’re being shown exactly what you need to know to take the next step. 

Not only is eclipse energy still big this week, the planets are tuning into your inner rebel (Uranus), your inner authority (Saturn), and your dreams (Neptune). This week is a dance with awareness, breaking free, making commitments and tuning into your dreams. How are these themes showing up in your relationships, desires, thoughts, conversations, goals and identity this week? Be on the lookout and experiment with what feels right for you, the universe supports your authenticity. Based on the intel you receive/feel this week, how would you act accordingly? How would you surrender to what you want? 

After covering surrendering + breaking patterns over the last couple of weeks, in this week’s episode, I’m diving into aligned action - an awesome way to take advantage of the co-creation moments the universe presents you with this week. What makes aligned action so awesome is that it’s the way you were created, it’s the way you were meant to be - it’s your personal flow with the universe. It feels good, it feels natural, it feels simple. It’s so many of the planets, archetypes and themes in your personal cosmic manifestation map (birth chart). This is where many of us can come across challenges or struggles - if what feels good goes against how you were raised or what you were taught, then it might not feel easy… but ultimately it feels good. It feels right. It feels like peace and flow. 

This is where manifestation (anything is possible for you) + astrology (the absolutely magical way that you were made) join forces with your timeline (your big cosmic opportunities) to co-create your bangin, sweet, sick ass dreams. What if it’s as simple as… what feels good for you?

This week, we’re in between eclipses, and while there aren’t a ton of aspects for the week ahead, there’s a ton of energetic influence and opportunities to surrender.  Venus (self-worth & desires), the sun (goals and identity) and Mercury (thoughts and communication) all align with the South Node, highlighting lots of what’s ready to be left behind in our lives. 

When in the process of breaking cycles or releasing old habits, there’s a whole lot of unknown thrown into the mix and this is when it’s so freaking important to let go of control and surrender. Can you trust your feelings, awareness and desires, and give the universe enough space to meet you with magic? 

• What would it mean for you to surrender to your desires? Give in and allow yourself to want what you want? Even if you don’t know how they’ll happen? 
• What would it mean for you to surrender to how you feel? Even if you’re not sure what that means? 
• What would it mean for you to surrender to anything that’s changing? Even if you’re not sure what happens next? 
• What would it mean for you to surrender the how/who/when? And just sit in the question? 
• What if whatever you’re surrendering, giving into, letting go of or releasing, is directly related to anything you’re co-creating with the universe? Even if it seems completely random and unrelated? Can you trust the intuitive and non-linear process that unfolds by leaning into whatever comes up? 

In this week’s episode, I’ll get into surrender, ways that we can lean into this powerful co-creative process and why it’s so important in manifestation. Use the practice of surrender over the rest of the year to tune into the cosmic opportunities throughout eclipse season and Mars Rx.

Another major week unfolds this week - the Scorpio solar eclipse, Jupiter’s station and Mars begins its 2 1/2 month retrograde. The cosmic forces support us in breaking patterns, leaning into growth and preparing ourselves for a long period of reassessing passions and ambitions. The remainder of the year is one giant cosmic opportunity for change, and the planets invite us further into the co-creative dance this week. What desires and dreams are you choosing to align with?

As we enter eclipse season and a week full of big energies, the question that comes to mind is: What if everything is here to serve me? What if everything is an opportunity?

If this is here to serve me, what can I surrender to and then what do I choose to commit to? What can I commit to and then surrender to?

While I am a big fan of being proactive in the co-creation process, I also have a “surrender” policy during eclipse season. We can take steps toward what we want, but with the fated energy of eclipse season, it’s also important to allow events to unfold as they will over the next month. Or on the flip side, commit to what you really want and surrender the how/who/when it’s all going to happen or work out. What if everything is somehow being reorganized to align with your dreams and desires?

There can be some confusion, disappointment or opportunities for healing along the way. This week is a powerful one, and there’s a ton of planetary support for change, letting go, stepping into your personal power and healing old wounds. 

With Pluto stationing to go direct this weekend, we’ll feel the transformative energy in the air all week. If you’re feeling empowered to make shifts in your life, trust the desired changes that want to come through. If you’re on the receiving end of change, it’s also important to trust the changes that want to come through. How are any of the situations that come up this week inviting you to align with what you truly desire? With your power to change and purify? With an aspect of your shadow? 

Also over the coming weekend, Chiron and the Aries full moon are also going to be sending realizations about relationships (to anything important), healing and authenticity. This is an awesome opportunity to feel all of your feelings, pay attention to any pain points that come up and your inner child. When you’re present to what’s coming up, you allow uncomfortable emotions to leave your energetic field, making you clearer for what you desire.

Fear, releasing, emotional processing and shadow work are all awesome things to keep in mind this week. Trust that the universe is sending you just what you need to align with what you ultimately want. Surrender to your desires and trust the magic.

This week, we approach the midpoint, or point of illumination of the Mercury Rx + we enter Libra season. Shifts in focus and moments of clarity can shed new light on anything that’s come up for you over the last few weeks. As clarity comes into greater focus, desires and relationships are freed up and asked to take your dreams into consideration. What does it mean, in every moment, to lead with what you want most?

The Libra new moon on Sept. 25 is loaded with inspiration and growth, however it’s an opportunity to realign yourself with your visions and dreams before taking any major action. Or, if there’s action that needs to be taken this week, trust the process and take next steps while including a bit of wiggle room for yourself and others.

There’s the tip for the week! Surrender, slow down, observe and notice. The voice of the ego may push for immediate action, certainty, or bring up past circumstances to define or determine what’s happening now. But what is your intuition telling you? The part of you that is willing to believe in magic. The part of you that knows that the universe wants you to have what you want.
