This  episode contains an AMAZING Story from special guest Dr. Cassandra LeClaire, from New Braunfels, TX USA. She is a  an author, professor, communication consultant, and motivational speaker. Cassandra completed her Ph.D. in Communication Studies at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where she focused on Interpersonal and Family Communication, with a specialization in Women’s and Gender studies. Dr. LeClair teaches a variety of classes at the collegiate level, where she encourages her students to explore their own patterns and improve their communication. She is an expert on communicating feelings and improving connections. Her teaching and research interests fuel her campus and community involvement. She is active in many local organizations that seek to empower and educate individuals on relationships and identity.   

Dr. Cassandra LeClair was involved in a car wreck that caused her extreme anxiety. After further evaluation, she found unhealed wounds & repressed trauma were in fact her root cause of her panic episodes after the car wreck. These episodes were creating unnecessary chaos in her daily life, which she channeled her energy into creating a Self-Help Book called:

This  episode contains an AMAZING Story from special guest Dr, Gail Hamilton from South Louisiana, USA. This is where she attended Willow Street Elementary School (now J.A. Hernandez) and graduating from Franklin Senior High School.  Her education includes a bachelor’s in science, a master’s in social service administration, and a Doctorate in Health Care Administration.  In addition, course work and certifications in public health, maternal and child health, mental health, and epidemiology and health care economics from institutions such as the University of Chicago, University of Texas School Of Public Health in Houston, TX as well as John Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.

Dr. Hamilton’s work experience includes over 45 plus years of employment which include behavioral health and human services program development, oversight, training, coordination, and evaluation with partners at the local, state, and federal level. And, during her career, oversight of over a billion dollars in federal programs, grants, and contracts. Her military service includes over twenty-one (21) years as an officer in the United States Public Health Service.  Captain Hamilton's special assignment details were to offices such as a United States Senator, the Assistant Secretary of Health, and numerous appointments by the United States Surgeon General. She has the distinction of being a member of a small group of military personnel to have served both in the Office of the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the Office of the Secretary of Defense. She attained the rank of Captain (06) in 2009, retiring in 2013.

Dr. Gail is an Attributing Author for New Published Book:  Wisdom from Queens Vol 3

Since retiring in 2013, she is the owner of Business, Education, and Enterprise Solutions LLC (B.E.E. Connected) which provides business consultation such as executive leadership development/training, strategic planning, program development, board training, creating complex trusts, to name a few.

Now that Dr. Gail Hamilton has risen above the toxicity, she is a current Adjunct Professor at Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ). At FSCJ she develops, revises, and teaches courses health care related courses such as health care delivery systems, risk management, government regulations, and quality improvement for the School of Education and Human Services and the School of Business.

 She attributes her ability to communicate, coordinate, and bring “everyone” to the table to her Louisiana roots!

Cheryl Meyer was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease many years ago. Unfortunately, the medicines she was being prescribed at the time were super Toxic, along with her Toxic partner. One day he conveyed that he had decided that he wouldn't participate in her care anymore. This caused Cheryl to be suffocated under a Toxic Blanket! She  decided to eliminate toxins once and for all & reversed her pain permanently. She had to get rid of the medicines & her partner & go on an enlightening journey to Freedom!

Now that Cheryl has risen above the toxicity, she helps spread her message through a local TV show on Community Television in Monrovia, CA on KGEM. Cheryl specifically works with clients with chronic illness giving them hope and helping them find solutions.  Her message to everyone is "It is never too late to start healthy habits!"
