New era for art therapy education in China！

当我们获悉央美新增了艺术治疗学科方向时，我们内心是狂喜的。不同于国内大家早有耳闻的音乐治疗，艺术治疗作为一种基于视觉表达的疗法，在国内高校的学科发展尚在起步阶段。央美设计学院的这一举措标志着国内高等艺术院校的艺术治疗学科建设正式步入正轨。
本期对话我们邀请到了央美设计学院艺术治疗学科方向的主要负责人石韵媛老师，请她来与我们详细聊聊针对艺术治疗的学科规划、定位和学科设置，以及国内艺术治疗发展的现状。

When we found out that art therapy is listed as one of the newly established discipline directions of the School of Design of Central Academy of Fine Arts, we were quite thrilled, to be honest. Unlike some of the alternative therapies such as music therapy that many might heard of in China before, art therapy is quite a newcomer, especially in China’s higher education institutions.
So this week with us, we’re very delighted to have Shi Yunyuan, the academic convenor of art therapy of CAFA Design School. Graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, aka SAIC, with a master’s degree in art therapy and counseling, Shi is now taking the lead in building this budding discipline at CAFA, and she is also working on drafting professional ethics for art therapy practice in the country.
She will be sharing with us more details on the academic construction, its settings and future plans, and also the status quo of art therapy development in China.
