In our first episode, meet our incredible athlete co-hosts: Dani Aravich, a Paralympic biathlete and Nordic skier and the cofounder of Culxtured, and Ashley Cain, Olympian and 2X US Champion in pairs skating. Dani is also training for her 3rd Paralympics, and has a unique perspective on training for the Games while also working to uplift athletes’ stories. From her unconventional path from Division I running to parabiathlon and para Nordic skiing, Dani shares the challenges of mastering a highly technical sport, balancing elite training with work and life, and learning when to fully commit to one dream. Together, Dani and Ashley reflect on hard choices, support systems, and the power of owning your own journey as a woman athlete—all while looking ahead to Milan with grit, gratitude, and a little wine.
