Disfrutar del tiempo presente es algo que sabemos hacer muy bien desde niños, pero al parecer cuando llega la adultez se nos olvida por completo cómo hacerlo. Puede que sea tu lista de responsabilidades, miedos sobre el futuro tocando a la puerta o las heridas del pasado no sanadas que invaden tu mente con grandes cargas de pensamientos de todo tipo, siendo estos capaces de desviar tu enfoque en el tiempo presente.
Controlar tus emociones no es tan fácil como parace o se dice, es una lucha interna constante cargada de impulsos inmediatos que te conducen a actuar, queda de tu parte saber reconocerlos y entender cómo reaccionar ante ellos.
Mantener constancia en el aprendizaje y edificación interna te ayudará a gestionar de mejor manera las emociones, te hará una persona segura con criterio y capaz de cuestionarlo todo.
Sólo sanando tus traumas o heridas pasadas podrás avanzar de manera efectiva en la vida; debes aceptar y comprender la naturaleza cambiante de la misma, aprender de cada etapa y sacar lo mejor de ello, disfrutar de los momentos valiosos, tener coraje y valentía en momentos difíciles, crear buenos recuerdos y relaciones fuertes, pero sobre todo valorar e invertir tu tiempo en el presente sin perder ni desviar tu propósito

No te presiones demasiado por ello, aprende a hacerle frente y a verlo desde otra perspectiva: ¿Por qué estoy actuando de esta manera? ¿Cómo puedo mejorarlo? ¿Esto me lleva a lo que realmente quiero? ¿Por qué tengo miedo a fallar? ¿Estoy valorando e invirtiendo mi tiempo en paz interna? ¿Puedo seguir malgastando mi tiempo en estas imágenes mentales o simplemente vivir y asumir la responsabilidad de mi realidad?
El poder de lograrlo está en ti mismo y con constancia notarás que es real.
Truly enjoying the present time is a success because we appreciate with the heart the moment lived and we have total control of the mental images that usually appear when there is fear of uncertainty, a field in which we tend to judge and condemn ourselves by giving power to a negative thought. Al concentrar tu mente en el aquí y el ahora podrás experimentar la vida de manera más plena y desarrollar un mayor sentido de paz interior en lugar de ser constantemente distraído por arrepentimientos pasados o preocupaciones futuras.
