Daniel Locus was born and raised in Philadelphia. Daniel was wrongfully accused and convicted of murder. This case is frustrating because there are multiple witness yet Daniel's lawyer failed to bring them to trial. His lawyer withhold evidence from the courtroom. Instead witness were brought to lie on the prosecution's behalf. They falsely identified Daniel and he is currently incarcerated as someone else.  Daniel has been screaming his innocence for almost a decade. This is why we have to get rid of Qualified Immunity!
