In this episode we chat with Bangor High School legend, Daniel McCarthy. He is currently a senior at Georgetown University. The McCarthy family has 3 children, all of whom ran for Bangor High. Dan is a powerhouse runner once in high school and now in college. He provides insight of how to manage running at an elite level through several injuries, he is really a gem.
