Daniel 9 is one of the most important chapters in the entire book, and there are several must-know highlights we must grasp before (and while) working through it. In Jeremiah 25, the prophet is prophesying during the final years of Judah before the Babylonian exile. The prophecy predates the destruction of Jerusalem (586 BC) and establishes Babylon as God’s instrument of judgment.
